Like so many people in our business community, we wanted to know what authentic DEI activity looks like. So, we session created a safe space to discuss the impact of DEI on business performance, employee experience, reputation and external relationships. As well as sharing the generous insights from our participants, this report brings together the four key themes that emerged from the ThinkTank and practical guidance on how to implement DEI in your organisation.
